These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and superj3 ("Platform", "We" or "superj3"). By registering, logging in, or otherwise accessing any part of the superj3 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use our services.

1 Definitions and Interpretation

3 Account Eligibility

4 Account Registration and Verification

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each player is only permitted to hold one active account. Owning multiple accounts — whether using the same name, email, phone number, IP address, or payment method — is a serious breach of these Terms. superj3 reserves the right to close all related accounts and forfeit any balance or bonus held in those accounts.

4.2 Identity Verification

As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance process, superj3 may request a copy of your identity card (MyKad), proof of address, or other documents. This verification process is essential to ensure account security and smooth withdrawal processing.

5 Deposits and Payment Methods

superj3 supports a range of deposit methods for the convenience of Malaysian players. All deposit transactions are processed securely using the latest encryption technology.

Deposit methods accepted by superj3 are:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• FPX Online Banking (including all major banks in Malaysia)
• Boost
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC, ETH

Minimum deposit: RM10 for all payment methods. All deposit transactions must be made through an account or wallet registered in the player's name only. superj3 reserves the right to reject or place on hold any deposit whose source or ownership cannot be verified.

Players are responsible for ensuring all payment details entered are accurate. superj3 is not liable for any loss resulting from incorrect information entered by the player when making a deposit.

6 Withdrawals

Players may submit a withdrawal request at any time provided all account verification requirements have been met and any wagering requirements (if an active bonus applies) have been fully completed.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per transaction.
• Processing time: between 30 minutes and 3 hours after the request is approved.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or wallet used for the deposit method.
• superj3 reserves the right to request additional documents before approving any withdrawal request.

If there is any suspicious activity or non-compliance with these Terms, superj3 reserves the right to place the withdrawal on hold until the investigation is completed. The hold period will not affect the player's real money balance if no breach is found.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

superj3 offers various bonus and promotion programmes for registered players. All bonuses are subject to the stated terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the bonus being cancelled.

7.1 Welcome Bonus

New players are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 100% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal is permitted.

Second example: A deposit of RM3,200 gives the maximum bonus of RM1,500 (balance RM4,700). Wagering requirement: RM1,500 × 15 = RM22,500.

7.2 VIP Programme and Cashback

7.3 Prohibition of Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system — including the use of multiple accounts, coordination with other players, or the use of betting methods specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk — is a serious violation and will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure.

8 Game Rules

All games available on the superj3 platform are run using a verified and certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fairness. Each game has its own rules, which players should read before playing.

Game results displayed in the superj3 system are final. Should any technical fault or system disruption occur while a game is in progress, superj3 reserves the right to void the round in question and return the bet to the player. Any winnings obtained during a confirmed technical disruption may be voided at superj3's discretion.

The use of automated software, bots, or any technical aids to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited and is a violation that may result in account closure without a refund.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

superj3 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account, whether temporarily or permanently, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms.
• Fraud, false identity verification, or money laundering activities.
• Use of multiple accounts.
• Attempts to manipulate games or the bonus system.
• Failure to submit requested verification documents.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed once all related wagering requirements have been completed and any real money balance has been settled through the standard withdrawal procedure.

10 Limitation of Liability
